Go from Isolated, Commoditized & Irrelevant → Growth Ecosystems
Serving | Partnering | Collaborating | Contributing
Three of the main problems with Solopreneurs and Founders is the lack of leverage, continuity & scalability in their ops.
They become silo’d, commoditized, and eventually irrelevant. This is due to rapid and continuous market evolution.
By not participating in the industry ecosystem, they become isolated, cut off, and easy targets.
My recommendation:
Join in and participate in the ecosystems and communities of future growth, the creator economy.
Seek the biz partners, mentors, coaches, & leaders of the post Ai renaissance age.
Find a support system, and contribute to a community.
You’ll end up getting a feel for the future, the new tech, and upcoming changes in the marketplace.
You’ll understand the trends, their significance, and recalculate you chess moves going forward.
This game of business, is a team sport, and a community project. You absolutely must generate loyalty and good will.
Do this by adding tons of value to your community, consistent newsletters, updates, and research.
Coach Your Community.
Become a research firm.

If you’re not invested in your ecosystems growth, you will focus on competing with them.
This is due to fear and scarcity. There also might not be an incentive for you to help you competitors who have the same target audience or sell similar services and products.
Over time this isolates you, cuts you off, and you become an easy target of innovation and disruption.
The competitiveness over time silos you, commoditizes you, and saturation runs the risk of you becoming irrelevant.
Stop competing!
Renovate your offer stack to include incentives for helping your competitors.
Reposition yourself to serve the industry rather than “dominate.”
Collaborate and stop competing. Frame your biz as partnership.
Focus solely on building ops that your community can leverage.
As your partners grow you will grow too.
This creates a positive feedback loops of client results, partner good will, and industry recognition.
This incentivizes you to add tremendous value and help competitors win too.
This can be the most challenging mindset shift for many people used to the cold business world of capitalism.
But if you restructure your products and ops to support your industry as a whole, you are rewarded when they succeed.
Ultimately you want your industry to succeed.
All boats rise with the tide. Don’t be the boat, be the ocean.
