How To Win (Stack Wins)
Processing Our Experiences
Big Wins
Small Wins
Medium Wins
You must feel wins emotionally as well as in our bodies.
(This is where we store emotions anyways)
When we get a win, we might get upset because we didn’t get the big win. We still aren’t happy.
Even when something good happens, you process it negativity and maybe even get upset that the thing we wanted wasn’t as great as you had hoped.
If this is the case, when you get wins, they wont stack and you’ll lose momentum if you don’t process it correctly.
This is the emotional addiction and neural superhighways in the mid brain. Being “Lost in the sauce”, or “Lost in translation.”
This processing is in the amygdala, it’s in translation emotionally, from the logic center of brain to the brain stem. This is why we must feel the emotions of our wins, and this is how we achieve peak experiences. Because unless the win is primal, survival/reproduction, we won’t feel the dopamine hit.
When you get a result reinterpret it as 1000/10 emotionally instead of pouting about how it wasn’t what you really desired or the big dopamine payoff you expected.
This will help you stack emotional reserves in your memory and body, to later pull out and use for high performance.
